Fairtrade Big Brew February 2026
Sunday 15 February 2026 10am at St John’s Church Hall 3 Springfield Road, Horsham, RH12 2PJ Fairtrade Big Brew event, with Fairtrade cakes and biscuits, a Fairtrade quiz and a children’s guessing game. Fairtrade ensures that farmers and producers in the developing world have a reliable income and helps them protect their farms against the effects of climate change. Fairtrade Fortnight 2024
Fairtrade fortnight took place in September this year, to mark 30th years of Fairtrade. To celebrate the occasion, Horsham Fairtrade committee ran a special event in Swan Walk shopping centre, to bring Fairtrade into the limelight for shoppers of Horsham. Armed with our giant banana costume, a huge crate of Fairtrade bananas and two purpose build bicycles from Chartwells, which can run smoothie makers by sheer pedal power, our volunteers set up an eye catching display in a prominent walkway of the shopping centre.
